Just a quick update to let my clients and website visitors know that I implemented a help desk style support ticket feature to the website. Now whenever you use the “contact” feature at Bestseowebdesign.com, it generates a support ticket that you can track via a special URL that gets emailed to you. I can manage these support tickets much easier than the way I’ve been doing it via email and telephone.
